The theme of the 2022 congress is “Dairy opportunities of tomorrow”. Emphasis will be on a relevant selection of the UN Sustainable Development Goals with reflections on challenges and opportunities for the dairy industry to become part of the solution while doing business. The programme provides scientific and applicable insight around topics such as sustainable technology and tools, sustainable food systems, circular economy, reuse and rethinking resources, climate, and nutrition among many more themes.
The Congress encompasses plenary sessions, panel debates and parallel sessions where the participants choose their preferred area of interest, thereby creating their own unique version of the Nordic Dairy Congress. The programme consists of two days of compelling presentations and debates and a site visit to Tetra Pak. Moreover, we have included ample time for networking and exchange of ideas and knowledge with due breaks and delightful dinners.
