Before you go home, there is a possibilty to have a guided tour in English to three beautiful castles full of history and enchantment.

You will depart from the conference site, Axelborg by bus. First stop is Frederiksborg Castle, Hillerød: The castle is picturesquely located on the banks of the castle lake surrounded by a baroque garden with roses and cascades. This unique renaissance castle was built by King Christian IV (1577-1648).

After lunch and coffee served at Restaurant Leonora vis-à-vis the castle, you will visit Fredensborg Castle, Fredensborg: the Royal family’s beautiful Summer residence.

Last stop is Kronborg Castle, Helsinore: Hamlet’s Castle, a world heritage site with soaring towers, a huge banqueting hall and damp casemates. The four-wing castle is a masterpiece of Danish renaissance architecture, built by King Frederik II (1534-1588).

You will return to Copenhagen approx. 16.45
